At the edge of Wareham, where the Wareham River opens toward Buzzards Bay, a close-knit shore community gathers around Hamilton Beach.
Known as Quasuet Point—and often called Quasuet Island—the neighborhood took shape around 1900 as a private summer community. Its 112 homes, beach-lined shoreline, and more than a mile of small roads have held generations of salt-air days, Fourth of July celebrations, block parties, and family returns.
Quasuet Crunch is our first field note from that coast: a bright, tangy, freeze-dried bite made to carry the feeling of a beach-day memory far beyond the water.
